Pagoda is located at 1525 Rycroft Street. It is on the bus line and centrally located. Near Heald College and many other schools. It is a five story building with a pool and on-site laundry. Pagoda is famous among locals as a great place to stay while visiting Oahu. It’s has local charm and a friendly staff.

White Sands is located at 431 Nohonani St., Honolulu,HI 96815. It is two blocks from Waikiki Beach. This is a smaller dorm with under sixty students and is also a hotel. It is a three-story walk-up building with a pool, hot tub and even a waterfall! This cute community has lots of flora surrounding the courtyard. There is a twenty-four hour help desk and a wonderful staff to assist your needs.

Amenities: pool, hot tub, man-made waterfall, 24/hr desk, on-site laundry, two blocks from the beach.

Beachwalk is located at 260 Beachwalk Ave, one block from the famous Waikiki Beach. This is a smaller dorm with about seventy students. It is a two story walk-up garden style community centered around a sparkling pool. At this location it is one hundred percent students. There is also one of the three buildings that is graduate student preferred.

Kalo Terrace Student Suites
Kalo is located at 1054 Kalo Place and is one block from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. This is a great location for UH students. They can walk to class! Kalo is one hundred percent students with about 180 residents. There are four Resident Assistants that live on-site and a Housing Director. There is a large pool and on-site parking. This is an ideal location for students wanting to experience a dorm community setting.
