Mission Statement

Hawaii Student Suites (HSS) mission is to provide our student residents an experience they cannot get elsewhere. This will be done though exceptional customer service, clean, secure, well maintained and operated residences, outstanding Resident Life programs, and making the student our number one priority.  Our focus is to ensure the student feels comfortable, safe, and at home in their residential community. We will be committed to providing our student residents excellent customer service through our marketing/housing contracts, operations/maintenance, and residential life departments.

Student living communities are an integral part of the entire college experience. As such our goal is to enable our students to reside and learn in a productive yet enjoyable climate, while still encouraging their personal growth and development of independence and responsibility. We will develop an established code of conduct that emphasizes respectfulness and will be there to support our student residents during their critical times.
