Style: Apartment Suites, each with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining area.
Furnishings: basic bedroom and living/dining room furniture. Bedrooms: twin beds, desks/study tables, chairs, drawer space, and fans. Living/dining room: sofa, entertainment center with TV, dining table and chairs, fans. Kitchen: 2 full size refrigerators, disposal, oven, stove top, microwave.
Amenities: gated community with fob entry access, video surveillance system, swimming pool, gazebos, limited on-site parking (fees required), and on-site coin operated laundry.
Rates: All inclusive. Electricity, water, gas, sewer, garbage, cable, high speed Wifi internet access are all included in the rates. Tax is also included.

Contact us for a Customized quote. 2) Double is Shared Bedroom, Single is Private Bedroom. 3) All pricing is per person. Reserved Parking: Cars $150 per month, motorcycles/motor scooters $40 per month, bicycles are free, but must be registered.
